Meet the Creator Behind Fueled by Passions
Hey! I'm Marlia, but most people in the automotive community know me as Buckets!
I'm the Founder and Creative Director of Fueled by Passions, an automotive lifestyle brand where my love for cars, art, and creativity come together.
My journey in automotive culture began back in 2006, and it's been fueled by passion ever since!
From modifying and building my own vehicles to drag racing, working in auto body shops, airbrushing, judging and hosting car shows, and coordinating automotive events, I've experienced car culture from many different angles.
Along the way, I've had the opportunity to model at automotive events, earn the title of Ms. Motorama 2023, and be featured in SEMA's 2026 Creator Spotlight.
But for me, automotive culture has always been about more than the cars.
It's about the people, friendships, creativity, and community that bring us together. I'm passionate about promoting positive car culture and showing how our shared love for vehicles can inspire, educate, empower, and make a difference.
That passion led me to become the Founder and Vice President of DMV Auto Alliance, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit focused on education, advocacy, and building positive relationships between automotive enthusiasts, communities, and law enforcement.
I've also been involved with Modified Chicks Nationwide since 2018, supporting and empowering women within the automotive community through events, leadership, and collaboration.
Where Art Meets Automotive Passion
I've always had a creative side, and Fueled by Passions is my way of bringing that creativity into the automotive world.
I wanted to create something different from traditional car apparel. Something bold, colorful, artistic, expressive, and sometimes a little funny!
From abstract designs and creative typography to automotive humor and statement pieces, my goal is to create wearable art that reflects the individuality of car enthusiasts.
Whether you're into imports, muscle cars, classics, custom builds, or motorsports, Fueled by Passions celebrates the personalities and passions that make our community unique.
This brand is about more than what we drive. It's about what drives us.
